A thorough septic inspection requires both ends of the tank to be exposed, lids removed and both entrance and exit baffles examined to determine if they are still functioning(a failed exit baffle can allow waste to flow into the leaching area). We then perform a 15 minute water flow check to determine if there are any drainage issues. At this point the tank is ready for pumping (if necessary), risers are then installed and back-fill and clean-up are completed.
